To place a Curbside order, please contact your local store from the phone contact list on the left. Your local CountryMax employee will contact you via phone call or email when your order is ready for pick-up.

How will I know when my order is ready?
You will be contacted via the phone number and email address you provided when you set up the order. Be sure to keep your phone handy and/or check your email so you can receive your order update promptly.
When can I pick up my order?
You can pick up your order Monday to Friday during our open hours, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Saturday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

How early can I place my curbside order?
Most stores accept curbside orders as early as 8:00 AM.

If I call an order in between 8:00 and 9:00am, what time can I pick up my order?
Orders can be picked up after 9:00am on weekdays and Sundays, regardless of when the order was placed. On Saturday, pickup starts at 8:00 AM
How do I pay for my order?
We can accept payments over the phone. You may provide your credit card information to the CountryMax employee at the time you place your order. Alternatively, if you don't feel comfortable providing your credit card information over the phone, one of our employees will come out to your vehicle to retrieve payment upon pickup.
After I place my order, what should I do?
Wait for the phone call or email. Please note, it could take up to an hour to get your order together. Once you receive your notification, we ask that you arrive to pickup your order within a 24-hour period.
Can my friend or relative pick up my items for me?
Yes! However, we ask that you provide the name of the individual who will be picking up the order at the time of placing the order. If you've already placed your order and need to change who will be picking it up, please call the store and tell them the name of the person who will be picking it up on your behalf. Note that if there are any age-restricted items in your order, the individual will need a valid ID to make the pickup.
What happens to my order if I'm not there in time?
If you cannot make it to the store in time to pick up your items, we ask that you notify the store you made your purchase from as soon as possible. Orders must be picked up within 24 hours of the phone call and email notifications or the order items will be returned to the shelf and the transaction refunded.
Are there any fees for pickup?
Nope! No fees! CountryMax is happy to provide this service.
How far in advance can I place my order?
It may take about an hour for our employees to get all your items together. Once you receive your phone call and email notifications, the items must be picked up within a 24-hour time period.
