Bayou Classic Aluminum Frying Skimmer is a 24-in Aluminum Skimmer with 7.5-in diameter bowl. The 7.5-in perforated aluminum bowl serves large size fillets while the 24-in handle keeps the cook a safe distance from hot oil. Also used when frying chicken, onion rings, hushpuppies and fries; and when boiling peanuts, shrimp, crawfish and other seafood.
