Easily track your order as soon as it is placed.
- Email - At checkout, you are required to enter an email address so that you can receive the updated status of your order. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email that declares your order has been processed. This means that your order has been successfully received by CountryMax.com and your payment was accepted.

Delivery Rates and Times
Shipping your package quickly and securely is very important to CountryMax. Many orders ship within the same day if ordered before 3:30 PM Eastern time.
Depending on the package size and destination, CountryMax will utilize either UPS, FedEx or the United States Postal Service to deliver packages.
Most orders are delivered within 2-5 business days.
Delivery times are not guaranteed and are subject to change at any time. Most orders ship within 1-2 days and may ship the same day if the items are in stock and the order is placed prior to 3:30 PM Eastern time. If your order will not ship within 5 days of placement, you will be notified of the delay.
Items out of stock or items that have been discontinued by our supplier will take additional time to process. For order status and updates, please call 585-924-4850 Monday-Friday from 8AM - 5PM (Eastern Time Zone).
Shipping costs are determined by the total weight of the order and the dollar value. The total shipping charges will be displayed on the checkout page before you submit the order.

What is your return policy?

- If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please Contact Us within 30 days (from the date when you received your purchase) for a Return Authorization Number.
- All non-defective product returns must be in original condition, including packaging. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
- Refunds are processed within 24 hours of receiving them. The refund will be applied to your original form of payment (Credit Card or PayPal.)
Do you live near a CountryMax retail location? CountryMax Stores accepts online returns! Please bring your invoice that was included in the package. If you have misplaced the invoice, please contact us.
Any package that is refused will be charged the shipping cost plus a 15% restocking fee.
