If you’re not satisfied with your plant purchase within the first week, bring it back for a full store credit with the following:
1. Original register receipt
2. All plant tags
3. Plant material for return
4. Nursery Guarantee paperwork provided at sale
Extended Guarantee
Beyond one week/7 days, qualifying plants may receive 50% store credit for up to 12 months (with required paperwork).

2024 Policy Exclusions and Restrictions
• No cash refunds.
• All clearance nursery stock sales are final.
• CountryMax reserves the right to refuse to honor the Guarantee where merchandise has obviously not been taken care of properly.
• We guarantee all perennials, shrubs and trees for one year from date of purchase, except for plants discounted 40% or more.

Restrictions:
• No guarantee on perennials, shrubs or trees that are damaged/destroyed by animals, insects/pests, disease or acts of nature.
• No guarantee on any plants that have not been watered, planted properly or have been obviously neglected.

Our nursery teams work continuously to nurture our plant products (watering, fertilizing, pruning, etc.), making sure the plants you take home are in the best condition they can be for success in your landscapes. Our team is available to answer questions and troubleshoot 7 days a week in store.
