How to book a party
Fill out the reservation form HERE.
If you are unable to complete this form online, please email us at events@countrymax.com
We will email you shortly. If your date and time is available, a $50 deposit will be due at this time. At the event, your remaining balance will be due. If extra guests are added from the initial booking, this will be reflected on the final balance.
A week before your date, please confirm the total number attending. If your numbers change between this time, please email events@countrymax.com 48 hours before your event. Extra goodie bags/supplies will not be available onsite the day of your event.
You will be able to access your event room 30 minutes prior to your event.
We will email you the blank invitations. If you are unable to print, we can arrange for you to pick these blank invitations up at your CountryMax store.
General party information
What is provided?
We provide our private event room, one assigned staff, party package activities (depending on the party theme), tables, chairs and trash cans.
What is in the goodie bag?
Assortment of treats (candy, stickers, slime, bouncy balls and/or glow sticks). If you are having a Dog Birthday party, goodie bags will contain an assortment of dog treats, a bandana and toy.
Can I bring my own food?
Yes. A $10 fee will be applied if you bring in outside food.
Please be sure to bring your own plates, napkins, and serving utensils, none of these will be provided by the store.

1st Hour: Activities included in party package
2nd Hour: Family’s choice; typically, this would include gifts & food.
Please let the staff know ahead of time if you would like to follow a different schedule.
Animal type response
Which animals will be available?
Animals available will depend on which pets are in the store at the time of the party. Small pets such as bunny, hamster, gerbil and, if requested, handling-friendly reptiles like bearded dragon, geckos and lizards. If there are specific animals that your child would like, we can try to arrange to have them available. If there are any animals you wish to avoid, please let us know that as well.
Some locations can host more than 10 children. Prices will vary.
