How to book the event room

We will email you shortly. If your date(s) and time(s) are available, a contract will be provided and must be signed and returned before your first class.
A week before your date, please confirm the total number attending. If your numbers change between this time, please email events@countrymax.com 48 hours before your event.
General Class Questions
What is provided?
We provide our private event room and a trash can. Tables and/or chairs are provided upon request at no extra charge.
How many dogs are allowed in a class?
Maximum class size is 8, and there must be an owner/trainer for each dog.
What time can I hold classes?
Classes can be scheduled any time during normal business hours but must start at least one half hour after we open and end one half hour before we close. You can access the classroom a half hour before your class is scheduled to begin.
What about insurance?
Trainers must provide proof of insurance before conducting dog training classes.
Are there store discounts for class attendees?
All participants are encouraged to join our Max Rewards program, which provides in-store-only savings and frequent-buyer discounts on many dog food brands.
In addition, CountryMax has highly competitive prices on many dog toys, collars, leashes and training products.
Cleaning up?
All event space users are responsible for leaving the event room as it was when you arrived, which includes clean-up of any “accidents.”
In addition, most CountryMax locations feature our Scrub House dog wash station, which is just $10 per wash and Buy 6, Get the 7th Free passes are available.
