Shop In-store Pickup eligible items across all of Make sure that your item is available at your preferred CountryMax location by clicking the “In-store availability” tab below.

We'll let you know when your order is ready for pickup through email. Don’t forget your valid ID. 
Note: You will get an Order Confirmation email first. This is not the "Ready for Pickup" email.

How soon will my order be ready for pickup?
  • In-stock items can be ready for pickup in as little as 1 hour or less. Items that are out-of-stock may take up to 7-10 business days. If you have any questions about your order’s status, please call 1-800-431-6821.
When can I pick up my order in-store?
  • After you have received a “Ready for Pickup” email, you can pick up your order during regular business hours. For store locations and hours, please click here.
How does the CountryMax In-Store Pickup process work?
  • After you have added products to your cart, choose the “In-Store Pick Up” option within the checkout process. Select the store location you desire and finish the order. • After the order has been completed, you will receive a series of emails. First, you will receive an email confirmation shortly after placing the order. Then, you’ll receive a “Ready for Pick Up” email when your order is available to be picked up at CountryMax.
Where do I go to pick up my order once I arrive at CountryMax?
  • Once you arrive at the store, you can pick up the order at any register.
What do I need to bring to the store to pick up my order?
  • Please bring a government-issued photo ID. A copy of the “Ready for Pick Up” email is helpful, but not necessary.
Can someone else pick up my order?
  • Only you or a pre-authorized pickup person may pick up your order. If you would like someone else to pick up your order, please call 1-800-431-6821 to set this up. The designated pickup person will need to bring a government-issued photo ID and the printed copy of the “Ready for Pick Up” email.
Once my order is ready for pick up, how long do I have to pick it up?
  • Your order will remain available for pickup for a minimum of 7 days from the time you receive a “Ready for Pick Up” email notification. Orders that are not claimed within this time frame will be re-stocked and your account will be refunded.

PLEASE NOTE - We have temporarily disabled in-store pickup and are requesting that all customers call their local store to place curbside orders.
