Received in good shape. My wife and I love them.
Order received 13 days after order placed. 12 quarts ordered but received only 9 quarts. Reported shortage to Country Max same day. Representative was polite and accommodating. Received 3 quarts in 4 days to complete order. After many years enjoying this product, I noticed immediately that the beet size was significantly larger in the 9 quarts than what I had previously observed and enjoyed in the past, although the taste and texture were not significantly compromised. The 3 additional quarts that I later received were the more traditional small sized beets. Possibly different grades, but consistency is very important when the representation is "baby beets". The price was very reasonable. I feel that your order processing needs improvement and you need to be consistent in the quality of the products that you sell.
