CountryMax Stores Curbside Pickup FAQ

: Curbside Pickup is CountryMax's phone-order solution that allows customers to call in to make a purchase at their local CountryMax Store! Use the store list here to find your store's phone number!

You will be contacted via the phone number and email address you provided when you initially set up the order! Be sure to keep your phone on hand and to check your email so you can receive order updates promptly!

You can pick up your order Monday to Friday during our open hours, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Saturday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

All stores, excluding our Thiele's/North Tonawanda store, are accepting curbside orders as early as 8:00 AM. Our Thiele's/North Tonawanda store is not accepting orders until 10:00 AM.

Pickup of orders will start at 9:00 AM on weekdays, regardless of time placing order. On Saturday, pickup starts at 8:00 AM and on Sunday pickup starts at 9:00 AM

We are accepting payments over the phone! You may provide your credit card information to the CountryMax employee at the time of placing your order! Alternatively, if you don't feel comfortable providing your credit card information over the phone, one of our employees will come out to your vehicle to retrieve payment.

Just wait for the phone call or email! Please note that, given the volume of curbside orders we are receiving, it could take up to an hour to get your order together. Once you receive your notifications, we ask that you arrive to pickup your order within a 24-hour period.

Yes! However, we ask that you provide the name of the individual who will be picking up the order at the time of placing the order. If you've already placed your order and need to change who will be picking it up, please call the store and tell them the name of the person who will be picking it up on your behalf. Note that if there are any age-restricted items in your order, the individual will need a valid ID to make the pickup.

We ask that you notify the store you made your purchase from ASAP if you cannot make it in time to pick up your items. Orders must be picked up within 24 hours of the phone call and email notifications or the order items will be returned to the shelf and the transaction refunded.

Nope! No fees! At CountryMax, we are happy to service our loyal customers during this trying time!

Given the volume of curbside orders we are experiencing, it will take about an hour for our employees to get all your items together. Once you receive your phone call and email notifications, the items must be picked up within a 24-hour time period.
