Shipping costs are determined by the total weight of the order and the destination of the package. The total shipping charges will be displayed on the checkout page before you submit the order.

Currently, CountryMax.com is offering FREE shipping on orders over $49.99 and under 10 pounds. Orders under $49.99 and under 10 pounds incur a flat rate of $5.99. For more information, please click here.

Depending on what is ordered and where the order is being delivered, different shipping methods will be available.

Sales tax and shipping are calculated during checkout so you know your total cost before submitting your order.

Delivery Rates and Times

Shipping your package quickly and securely is very important to CountryMax. Many orders ship within the same day if ordered before 3:30 PM Eastern time.

Depending on the package size and destination, CountryMax will utilize either UPS or the United States Postal Service to deliver packages.

  • Continental United States
    • UPS Ground packages are delivered in 1-6 business days.
    • United States Postal Service packages are delivered in 2-3 business days
  • Alaska/Hawaii
    • UPS Ground Packages are delivered in 4-6 business days.
    • United States Postal Service packages are delivered in 2-3 business days

*Deliveries to Alaska/Hawaii may require additional shipping fees that will be displayed in the checkout. Some items are unable to be shipped to Alaska/Hawaii due to excessive shipping fees.

Delivery times are not guaranteed and are subject to change at any time. Most orders ship within 1-2 days and may ship the same day if the items are in stock and the order is placed prior to 3:30 PM Eastern time. If your order will not ship within 5 days of placement, you will be notified of the delay.

Items out of stock or items that have been discontinued by our supplier will take additional time to process. For order status and updates, please call 1-800-431-6821 Monday-Friday from 8AM - 5PM (Eastern Time Zone).

  • USPS Express Mail: Guaranteed overnight delivery to most U.S. locations

  • UPS Next Day Air Early AM: Guaranteed next business day delivery before 8:30 to most U.S. cities

  • UPS Next Day Air: Guaranteed next business day delivery by 10:30 AM, noon or end of day depending on destination

  • UPS Next Day Air Saver: Guaranteed next business day delivery by end of day

  • UPS 2nd Day Air: Guaranteed delivery by the end of the 2nd business day

  • UPS 3 Day Select: Guaranteed delivery by the end of the 3rd business day

Expedited shipping options are subject to change without notice. Guarantees are made by carriers only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding United States federal holidays.


Tracking

When applicable, tracking numbers are assigned to packages. Although the package has tracking information, it may take up to 2 business days for the tracking information to register in the carrier's tracking information systems.

UPS Package Tracking

Once your order is completed, you will receive an email containing the UPS tracking number. Enter the number at UPS.com or call UPS directly at 1-800-PICK-UPS (742-5877)

United States Postal Service Tracking

Once your order is completed, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Enter the number at USPS.com. Please be aware that USPS does not track the progress of the shipment, only delivery confirmation. USPS tracking often only declares two statuses: Electronic Shipping Info Received and Delivered. The vast majority of packages are delivered within the time frame but we apologize for the lack of tracking information available.


My Order Status

Easily track your order as soon as it is placed.

  • Email At checkout, you are required to enter an email address so that you can receive the updated status of your order. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email that declares your order has been processed. This means that your order has been successfully received by CountryMax.com and your payment was accepted.
  • CountryMax.com After you have placed an order, check the order status by clicking on My Account and Order History
  • Contact Us If you still have questions about your order, please call us at 1-800-431-6821. Please have your order ID# available.

What is your return policy?

CountryMax.com offers a 30-Day Full Money Back Guarantee.

  • If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please Contact Us within 30 days (from the date when you received your purchase) for a Return Authorization Number.
  • All non-defective product returns must be in original condition, including packaging. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Do you live near a CountryMax retail location? CountryMax Stores accepts online returns! Please bring your invoice that was included in the package. If you have misplaced the invoice, please contact us.

Any package that is refused will be charged the shipping cost plus a 15% restocking fee.
