What about sales tax?
Sales Tax is based on the shipping address, not the billing address. Sales tax will be charged only for shipping addresses within New York State. Sales tax is not charged on shipments outside of New York State.
Sales tax is calculated during checkout so you know your total cost before submitting your order.

Please include a copy of your invoice and a reason for return. If you don't have a copy of your invoice, please be sure to include your full name and address inside of the package!
All non-defective product returns must be in original condition, including packaging. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
Once the returned package is processed, you will receive an email confirming the refund. You will be issued a refund in the form of your original payment. Please allow up to 5 business days for your account balance to reflect the refund.
Any package that is refused delivery will be charged the shipping cost plus a 15% restocking fee.

. Please bring a form of identification and a printed copy of your invoice. Product(s) must be in original condition, including packaging.
Store credit will be given in some instances.
